The Regathering

We are excited to announce that we will have church services in our sanctuary. Pray for our church as we regather and reconnect. After much prayer, consideration, and evaluation of our congregation’s needs for the safest, healthiest regathering procedures for our church the following guidelines will be used as we begin to regather and phase in ministry.

Current Services
Sunday School Groups           9:30am on Sunday Morning
Sunday Worship                    10:30am on Sunday Morning
Wednesday Prayer Meeting  6:30 on Wednesday Evening

Procedures for Regathering:

  • When entering and exiting the building, please follow CDC guidelines for social distancing.
  • No offering plates will be passed. You can drop your tithes & offerings in the offering plates as you leave the building. You are also encouraged to give online at www.pearcechapel.com.
  • There are hand sanitizer dispensers located in the foyer bathrooms and at the entrances.
  • We ask members to refrain from shaking hands and hugging. While many of us miss the embrace of dear friends and family, it is important to limit contact at this time.
  • Masks are welcome but not required. We will have some masks available at the door, but please bring your own, if possible.
  • Please cover your cough or sneeze with your sleeve or a tissue.
  • If you have symptoms of sickness, fever, sinus cold, etc., please stay home!

You can always stream our services online on our FB page, on Youtube, and here on our website if you are unable to attend in person. Please keep in mind that our church never “closed,” as we have continued our ministry in a different capacity. We are doing our very best to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. I know there may be different attitudes and opinions about the current crisis and how to proceed. We ask that you respect the needs of others and help us by following these guidelines.  If you are comfortable coming back to church, please do so. Online services cannot replace the joy and encouragement of meeting together in person. If you are uncomfortable attending our in person services please join us online.

Please understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is a fluid situation. Any of these guidelines are subject to change.
